They are prompt, reasonably priced, all work was cleaned up beyond our satisfaction and performed work exactly as directed. I had palm trees trimmed up, and landscape shrubs cut back. These guys are the best we have used in the 8 years we have been in Flordia full time. Every employee was well mannered, courteous, and ask what I wanted my trees to look like, and if I was satisfied when they were done. They completed the job fast and meticulously cleaned every piece of debris from my grass. Just an update..It's been one month now since we were told they would be back to finish up. Guess what ?? Have NOT been here yet. Really, do not use them. Very poor quality and customer service......I don’t know how they got such good overall reviews. Trees cut, removed ,all good. Stumps only down to ground level. I should not have paid the full amount upfront. My mistake. I have contacted them 9 times about finishing up the job. I don’t even get a response or acknowledgement. Very poor customer service. I should not have paid the full amount in advance. Lesson learned. The invoice I have is for stump grinding 8” to 12” below ground level. Barely at ground level.
